My passion for UX and HCI research is the common thread of my career. Before working as a UX consultant and product designer, I built my foundation in research — and this evidence-based mindset still shapes almost every project I take on.

The two examples below show this methodology in practice: one investigates a new design approach using a mixed-methods analysis, the other is a proactive discovery initiative for strategic product improvement.
